This Adviser site is for registered business partners who have terms of business with Quilter International. The information contained therein including any statistics and figures is confined to the professional adviser’s own use and for his/her knowledge. The registered user acknowledges that information on the site should not be reproduced in any form or transmitted to any other person, including the sharing of the login password. By entering the site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.

The following is applicable to the products Wealth Management Plan, Managed Capital Account, Managed Savings Account, Managed Pension Account, Collective Investment Bond and Executive Investment Bond:

• The products offered by Quilter International Isle of Man Limited ('Quilter International') are investment-linked assurance schemes (‘ILAS policies’). They are life assurance policies issued by Quilter International. Your investments are subject to the credit risks of Quilter International.
• The premiums you pay towards your ILAS policies, and any investments made by Quilter International in the underlying funds/assets you selected, will become and remain the assets of Quilter International. You do not have any rights or ownership over any of those assets. Your recourse is against Quilter International only.
• Your ILAS policies value will be calculated by Quilter International based on the performance of your selected underlying funds/assets.
• Due to the various fees and charges levied by Quilter International on your ILAS policies, the return on your ILAS policies as a whole may be lower than the return of the underlying funds/assets you selected.
• Early surrender/withdrawal of the ILAS policies may result in a significant loss of principal. Poor performance of underlying funds/assets may further magnify your investment losses, while all charges are still deductible.
• Do not rely on the website alone. The underlying funds/assets which you may choose can have very different features and risk profiles. Some may be of high risk. Investment involves risks. You should read the offering documents and the prospectus of the underlying funds/assets carefully.

In addition to the above, the following is further applicable to the products Collective Investment Bond and Executive Investment Bond:

• The products adopt an open platform of investment choices whereby you may choose any of the SFC authorised funds as the underlying funds of your ILAS policies. Furthermore, under the Executive Investment Bond, you may have also included other assets, such as stocks and bonds, as the underlying assets of your ILAS policies.
• You can only choose any SFC authorised funds as the underlying funds of your ILAS policies, as far as any future investments (through top-up (including transfer of existing fund) or switching-in) as from 1 March 2022 are concerned.
• You may also transfer your existing SFC authorised funds held in your name to Quilter International as a premium payment in kind. You will then cease to have any legal ownership or beneficial interest in the transferred funds. The title to your existing funds will be transferred to and become funds of Quilter International. Any cost incurred in effecting such transfer may be borne by you. Please note that depending on the fund class and legal process involved in transferring the title of the funds, it may take a long time to complete the fund transfer arrangement.
• Some underlying funds which you may choose, and some underlying funds/assets which you chose, may be of high risk and may not be subject to any regulations. You should read the offering documents and the prospectus of the underlying funds/assets (which can be available from Quilter International) carefully. You must ensure that you fully understand the nature of and the risks associated with any underlying funds/assets.
• The SFC authorisation is not a recommendation or endorsement of a scheme, nor does it guarantee the commercial merits of a scheme or its performance.

以下適用於先機資本理財計劃、理財資產計劃、理財儲蓄計劃、理財退休金計劃、綜合基金投資戶口及全才投資戶口：

• Quilter International Isle of Man Limited （「瑞達國際」）所提供的產品是與投資有關的人壽保險計劃（「投資壽險保單」），是由瑞達國際發出的壽險保單。您的投資受瑞達國際的信貸風險所影響。
• 您就投資壽險保單支付的供款，以及瑞達國際對您所選相關基金╱資產的任何投資，均會成為及一直屬於瑞達國際的資產。您對任何該等資產均沒有任何權利或擁有權。如追討賠償，您只可向瑞達國際追索。
• 瑞達國際會根據您所選相關基金╱資產的表現，來計算投資壽險保單價值。
• 由於瑞達國際會就投資壽險保單徵收各項費用及收費，投資壽險保單的整體回報或會低於您所選相關基金╱資產的回報。
• 您若提早退保或提取款項或會損失大筆本金。如相關基金╱資產表現欠佳，或會進一步擴大投資虧損，而一切收費仍可被扣除。
• 請勿完全依賴本網頁。您所選取的相關基金╱資產在產品特點或風險方面或會有很大的差別。部分選項可能涉及高風險。投資涉及風險。您應仔細閱讀相關基金╱資產的銷售文件及發售章程。

除以上所述外，以下亦適用於綜合基金投資戶口及全才投資戶口：

• 您可以憑藉該產品提供的開放式投資選擇平台，選取任何已獲得證監會認可的基金作為您的投資壽險保單的相關基金。此外，於全才投資戶口之下，您亦可能已選取其他資產，例如股票及債券作為投資壽險保單的相關資產。
• 由2022年3月１日起，您日後的投資（透過增加投資供款（包括轉移現有基金）及資產轉入），均只能選擇已獲得證監會認可的基金作為您的投資壽險保單的相關基金。
• 您亦可將名下現時持有的證監會認可的基金轉移至由瑞達國際持有，以作為實物支付供款。您將會終止擁有所轉移的基金的法定所有權及實益權益。您現時持有的基金的所有權會轉至瑞達國際並成為其擁有的基金。任何由該資產轉移而引致的費用會由您承擔。請注意，基金轉移時間要視乎基金類別及轉移所有權所涉及的法律程序而定，完成基金轉移安排可能需時較長。
• 您可選取的部分相關基金及您已選取的部分相關基金╱資產可能涉及高風險且不受任何管制。您應仔細閱讀相關基金╱資產的銷售文件及發售章程（可由瑞達國際提供）。您須確保完全明白相關基金／資產的性質及其關聯的風險。在作出投資決定前，我們強烈促請您尋求獨立財務或其他意見。
• 證監會的認可不等於對任何相關基金作出推介或認許，亦不是對該等相關基金的商業利弊或表現作出保證。
